Humans were designed to move! For thousands of years, humans were physically active every twenty minutes. Unfortunately, contemporary society’s busy schedule and consequent fatigue can result in walking only a few hundred steps a day, then back to the couch at home. Lack of physical activity is a risk factor for many lifestyle diseases. Learn how we can adapt our environment, our schedules, and our mindsets to stay active all day, every day without the need of a gym membership.
