Prestige 55: Tai Chi
Tai Chi is a system of exercise that has been proven to improve strength, balance and stability as well as provide numerous other health benefits. This six-week series focuses on the principles of Tai Chi and is appropriate for beginners and experienced students. Please wear loose clothing and comfortable shoes. Class size is limited to 12 participants.
Fee: $5 per session / $30 for series (paid to instructor)
